Over the the last few months Fiesal, and his team at Open Door Law Corp ( located on Denman St, Vancouver BC ), have been completing some estate work for me. They have done a very good job, hardworking, thoughtful, and fair. I strongly recommend them. Respect from the BC interior.

I emailed them asking for a quote to incorporate. They gave me an incredibly vague quote of $450/ hour and told me to do a consultation over the phone (which they were going to charge me $450 an hour for and would only refund 30 minutes IF I proceeded with the incorporation). I've emailed several law firms and NONE of them responded like that. I was shocked. I emailed them back and they did not even bother giving me a rough estimate of the number of hours it would take them. I suggest you stay far away from this firm.

Fiesal Ebrahim is a highly-educated, patient man who took the time to make legal issues clear to me and produce a will that achieves the disposition of my estate as i want it to be; he wears a sweater which i found to be less intimating than a lawyer in a suit and tie; if need of other legal help i will go to him and i recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance; his staff are friendly and helpful.

Really poor law firm. Their poor work caused me damages. I requested restitution however they didn't even have the decency or professionalism to respond, let alone compensate me. Therefore, I could never trust them to undertake legal work. I am closing (perhaps slamming) the door on Open Door Law Corporation. I suggest that you do the same. Run...

I was recommended this guys from my bank to do my property transfer. I was told the fee was $499. At the time the previous owners could not transfer the property on the agreed date so the signatures would be a day late . because of that he desired to charge me $1001. over the original price . I found it scummy. , never again I do not recommend this place
