Honestly I wish I could give a zero star. Requested an appt. with a lawyer from Chin and Orr, and the office admin. (after emailing me a bunch of random emails), couldn't be bothered to respond to my email after requesting she schedule me an appointment as my questions were for a lawyer and not her overly prying emails (asking private questions violating my privacy rights with a lawyer). Completely ghosted.

To me that says unprofessional legal team, lack of knowledge paired with a severe lack of professionalism from their administrator.

The other legal teams in Midland contacted me immediately and I was scheduled straight away with a lawyer in my area of need.

I really cannot recommend a legal team to this community that is so... messy.

Was dealing with this firm regarding my Dad’s estate and they did nothing but spend my money. No results, the receptionist is rude. When I finally changed firms they left 8 months of my file off the disk that I paid for. Lots of pertinent information that I needed. I had to pay the new firm to get the eight months of files they didn’t give me. I have asked Helen 3 times why? and still no answer. Brutal

I enjoyed my real estate experience with Chin & Orr recently. The staff were attentive and patient throughout the entire process and they explained the steps as we went through. They dealt with my less than efficient bank very well. I would highly recommend this firm and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Absolutely the BEST people around. Thorough and kind. Candice Tremblay is an absolute GODSEND!! Without her I don't know if I would have been able to figure everything out after my dad passed. She always had the answer, was ridiculously quick and efficient and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I had everything in order.
Cannot recommend her and Chin & Orr enough!! 11 outta 10 stars.

Very professional staff. I was impressed with the promptness in meeting our appointment and with the knowledge our attorney Elena imparted on us.
We will be using their services exclusively going forward!
The office is located inside Georgian Mall, across from Service Ontario.. Lots of parking available.
Lastly, the firm is very involved in local charities.. Very nice to see!
