We had four returns processed in 2024 for ourselves and elderly parents. The parents' returns were reviewed and questioned by CRA and subsequently taken back to David to review and reply to CRA. Six weeks later, after many unreturned phone calls and trips into a closed office, my wife finally got a callback to pick up returns. When she picked them up, she asked David politely why her phone calls were not returned for weeks. The reply was, "I'm busy, and you're wasting my time". Then he walked away. She was literally dumbfounded at this rudeness. A simple " I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner" would have been a more professional and courteous response. We have had our own business since 1988 and would never have the loyal customers we have had for those years if we had treated them with the arrogance and disrespect shown to us.

I had my taxes done for 2022 and it went well.
Fast forward to 2023 tax season. I called several times to "Jennifer in Reception's " voice-mail. No call back and no response in email. Nothing. So unprofessional. Would not recommend this company anymore.

To me what sets David and Jennifer apart are they not only professionals but when it comes to customer service they are there 100% of time to help in every way..
My only regret not finding them much earlier...
Always pleasant to work with... Kudos to you both..
I highly recommend you to use there services if you are thinking about CPA... Well worth every penny...
