I was recommended Lenehan Musgrave LLP by my bank. I was super impressed with my experience with them. Someone always picked up the phone when I called. They always answered my emails quickly. When I had to go into the office, it was easy to park near by. In person, the staff were very welcoming and professional. I can't say enough about our experience with Jennifer and Brandice at Lenehan Musgrave.
They helped us through our first time as home sellers and we didn't make it easy on them- having 3 sales fall through before the fourth one stuck. Nothing was too much work though. They were friendly, reliable, efficient, and thorough.
There was nothing left to the "last minute" and no closing rush because they were on top of everything.
They were available for every email, every phone call, were flexible with our appointment needs, and most of all were patient with us and more than happy to answer the (what I'm sure felt like) million queries we had.
We will be using Jennifer and Brandice in the future and we highly recommend them!
