I came to the library often with my daughter. My wife comes regularly. We are part of the community. We have a mix kid, my wife is white, and I am colored person.I had a terrible experience while exiting the library. My daughter wanted to take a dog toy with her. She did it a few times in the past when my wife was with her. Library staff allowed her to take it with her, and we returned it the next day. But this is my first time asking them, but they treat me like a thief instead of asking for an option to put a deposit or take an ID to return the product. They outright rejected me. I had to snatch the toy from my daughters hand forcefully while they were watching with no empathy as my daughter was crying. The Manager Maria was just cold standing there looking at us as thief. It make me feel so bad and felt they are selective with person to person. My wife was surprised to hear this as they never stopped her. Though I humbly asked at the desk, the manager rejected and made my daughter cry. I am not going back to that library. As they have discriminative staff. It clearly shows that they are selective in treating people differently. It's a sad experience.

I came here to study during my free time in order to be more productive in a quiet setting, but sadly, there is a lot of noise from little children. I'm not sure why parents bring their kids here to bother other people, and it was a pretty unpleasant experience. The majority of young children are charming and respectful, polite  but some of them are damaging the surroundings, therefore their parents should teach them good manners and how to remain composed.
but on the other side the staff is really amazing .

This is a very good Library, well managed, clean and quiet. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Good selection of movies.

This place always has nice staff clean library. Sometimes it can be very annoying though as groups of teenagers or even adults are noisy as old hell. Even the kid i take care of wants to leave cause it is impossible to read. U cannot concentrate. Again though VERY CLEAN LIBRARY. NICEST STAFF.

Don't know what happened. It closed at 2pm when it suppose to open until 5pm. Very unprofessional. At least post the correct time next time.

Most definitely NOT a library but a chaotic kindergarden with lose kids YELLING, CRYING and RUNNING all around. No parents seem to care.

Good selection, decent facilities, but the fifth star is for the incredibly helpful staff!
