The team at Chester European Auto are simply amazing. They diagnosed a difficult electrical/sensor issue in my Mercedes GLA 250 and provided the very highest level of customer service and care. Lisa was wonderful and very accommodating in scheduling an appointment, and their technician Scott was great too as he took the time to meet with me to explain the tests he had done and best next steps. This was my first experience dealing with Chester European Automotive and will be my first choice should I need service on our Mini. Left with a feeling of complete trust!

The best! Did some more work on my old (2008) Mercedes and they were great. I was provided a condition report including pictures of work required. Each repair was priced with parts and labour and there were no additional charges at payment time. These guys are really good mechanics and Lisa the office manager has everything under control. I highly recommend Chester European Auto!

I took my aging BMW to European Auto Repair for some major surgery and they took wonderful care of her for what I thought was a very good price. Derek was extremely friendly and informative, and personally took my car for a couple of test drives to make sure that the issues had been addressed. It's great to know there is such a good resource for BMWs here on the South Shore!

Every time I need work done on my 40-year-old Westphalia, Lesa, Trent, Derek, Matt and the rest of the crew always deliver the Platinum service. They either have the parts we need or they find them. They will give you specific direction if you want to do the job yourself or they will do it themselves, often while you wait if it's a small job. New to, new Vanco tires, new water system, new ignition system, new door handles, new lights, doesn't matter what you need, they do auto repair the way everybody used to do it years ago. Personal touch. I would not hesitate to take or send anybody I know to Chester European auto European Auto. To me, they are the gold standard. Thank you
