Unprofessional and rude service
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff were extremely rude making my visit uncomfortable. I felt dismissed and disrespected by the manager herself “her name is Laura”. I was not expecting this kind of unprofessional behaviour from a manager. I understand the rules and boundaries of their work but if there is a point it should be described in a way that seems logical enough and also u should listened the customer as well. I understand that everyone have an off day but professionalism is a key in customer service, I expected better from a manager.

I've been to Westlock Registries and both times they have messed up, serious documentation.. personal information that was not to be released. Not checking out documented signatures.... Barrhead registries have staff that are knowledgeable in what can or can't be done in reference to information and registration. Fast friendly staff. I will never return to Westlock registries again. It's worth the drive to deal with more competent, friendly cheerful staff.

I had fantastic service from the lovely young ladies that serve us for our registry needs. They went above and beyond to help me today. You know a nice compliment and a smile goes a long way when you deal with these ladies. I've watched many people become ignorant towards them when they are doing their job the best they can. Keep it up ladies you were wonderful to deal with today and all my previous visits. Thank you!

Slow -update.
Google ask me I was just trying to give a fast response. It was slow but I gave a 4 star rating. Today was a much better experience. Next time confront me not my husband in person.
The lady I got today was so pleasant to deal with. Made it fast and easy I felt comfortable with her. Thank you for you're help.
