I recently took a Reiki Level I class with Steph, I came across her podcast randomly six months ago and have been a fan ever since. The first time I heard her mention the Reiki courses she was offering, I knew I was meant to sign up. I had been wanting to become certified in Reiki for years but hadn't because I never found what felt like the right fit for me. Steph, as a teacher, and her class, were exactly what I had been waiting for. She is informative, knowledgeable, experienced and inspiring. She helped me to feel confident as I learned new skills and excited for what could come. I can't wait to continue growing in my spiritual journey and I will be taking more classes with her. This class brought me a greater sense of trust, joy, hope and empowerment in my life. Highly recommend!

Reiki level 1 with Steph was an incredible and transformative experience for me. Steph's passion for reiki is palpable and infectious, and the class was jam packed with history, practical tips and energy related topics. The fact that she spent so much time reinforcing boundaries and clearing also helped me tremendously. I found this class after binging her Medium in the Middle podcast, and she is just as candid and funny in her reiki class as she is on the podcast. I signed up for reiki 2 and can't wait to continue my spiritual journey with her. The flow of energy I felt after even just the first day attunements was incredible. If you are looking for an awesome reiki teacher, look no further! I am a Middler for life!

I recently attended Steph’s Reiki Level 1 course, and it was an incredible experience! Her teaching style was clear, concise, and to the point, which made the content very digestible and easy to follow. I especially appreciated the practical analogies she uses, which I feel will be easy to apply as I go through my Reiki journey and every day life. The course was very well organized and flowed so naturally that I was thoroughly engaged. Steph is also very reassuring and I know that she will be available to reach out to for further support should I need. I have done multiple courses with Steph, and none disappointed me. From the mentee program where I learned so much to the Reiki training which was excellent.

Last year I completed a day-long Reiki level one course with another instructor that left me feeling unprepared and confused. A month later I stumbled upon the Medium in the Middle podcast, and Stephanie's approach to Reiki really resonated with me. I decided that I needed a level one "do-over" and enrolled in her course. I am so glad that I did!

Stephanie's Reiki level one course was thorough, insightful and entertaining. She kept it fresh and provided plenty of opportunities for practice and questions. I appreciated the small class size, and the two day format gave me plenty of time to integrate and digest what I had learned and experienced - all from the comfort of my home.

Stephanie is a gifted teacher! I highly recommend her level one training for anyone interested in exploring Reiki for the first time as well as anyone who, like me, feels they need to retake Reiki level one. I now feel confident, prepared and excited to practice Reiki on myself. I look forward to taking level two with Stephanie later this year!

My level 1 Reiki Class with Stephanie was amazing. She shared so many stories and experiences of her own that really helped me understand and learn how Reiki works.
