Very professional law firm, represented me in purchasing my first home for myself and my family. He made sure I got the best deal on the property and was very reasonable about service fees. Zia is now my primary legal representative and I would not want to pick anyone else.

STAY AWAY -- WORST EXPERIENCE

Did my real estate closing with Zia. Had the absolute worst experience. Due to his negligence, he delayed my closing. When I told him I want to close on time, he had an issue with it. He wanted me to get the funding from the bank and wasted my time at the office when he could have called RBC's lawyer line. Now that I asked him for my ledger, he charged a random fee of $350, Disibursments $240, processing fee of $226, rush fee of $200 when he couldn't do is due diligence, $500 for Amendment and extension fee when there were no changes and extension requested.

If he was the last lawyer, I would never go to him. It's people like him that give Pakistanis a bad rep.

EDIT: I tried to call and resolve the issue, Zia had hung up and now had his secretary write a 5 star review. Don't fall for this fraudster with a fake rep.
