Me and my husband needed a help to set up Last Will and POA, we call Bennett McIntyre and was advise to fill out some papers and drop in the office at our earliest convenience. I went there witty the forms end of October, spoke with Heather who advised that Scott will call me to set up an appointment. Nothing happened in the next 2 weeks, my husband called 2 or 3 times more leaving messages for Mr. McIntyre, nothing so far.
I found someone else who did for us what we asked for.
If they do not want a new business, there is always someone who’ll, just be honest and don’t pretend you are to serve a public.

Used the firm for a real estate deal based on my mortgage agent's recommendation and these guys are trash!

Byron Cavanaugh (no longer working there) stopped picking up the phone / returning calls after the deal closed.

Once the office's clerk admitted Mr. Cavanaugh's departure, I was told my file would be transferred to the name partner Robert Mysicka, however he has failed to pickup or return any calls I've made.

House sale a few years ago went well until the buyer decided that there wasn't enough propane in the tanks. McIntyre law office called me up and told me I had to write a cheque out to the buyer for an entire fill up of the tanks.
2 weeks prior to closing they were filled and the house left empty at 16 degrees.
I asked where there date stamped photo from move in day was and they told me and pressured me that it would be easier to just pay.
I had to remind them they were working for me and unless they have proof, they could take along walk off a short peer. They THEN decided to dispute the claim which was dropped.

Scott McIntyre would not talk to me he had his paralegal try to handle all of this.
