I have been with Cooke insurance now for over 20 years and it has been great.
Always very fast to help and informative.

I was with another company and every year my rates would climb and then they started miss placing my monthly payments. Even after having my banker call to inform them the funds were available they still threatened to remove me from monthly payments.
So I left the other company and to this day have never had a single reason to complain about the great team at Charlie Cooke

I've has two incidents in the last month, I've yet to receive a payment schedule, yet they keep taking unreasonable amounts of money from my account. No letters to notify me, just a cold response when I inquire. I'm disappointed as I've been with them for 18 years. I recommend going elsewhere as they can't even give insurance cards you need to call and hound them.

Cooke insurance had everything figured out from a plan, adjuster, a report sent to my detail shop and a rental car set up for me within 36 hours. There was no stress, no waiting, no confusion. It was easy, they were friendly and very accommodating. I was very impressed and appreciative.

Polite, bright and well informed, she helped me today in what I thought was going to be one of those mindless conversations you often get with an insurance company.

I think I could have had a poison spear in my thigh and talking to Amanda made it all better. I have been with Cooke for decades now and Amanda has given me the best service I've had! Bravo!

Zero loyalty here. Used them a few years ago. The owner was rude then. Went back a few days ago after I moved back home. Got rude, slow service. Then they demanded an entire year's payment up front. Turns out I was just over the limit for them to recognize I was a former customer. When I asked to speak with someone in management they refused. My entire family is insured with Cooke's. They will all be renewing insurance somewhere else. They've all had rude experiences with Cooke insurance. Shameful, but what does a rich owner care.

Exceptional Friendly Customer Service - during the past month I had to make some adjustments to our auto insurance policy. I called Cooke Insurance and the customer rep answered all my questions and more importantly called me back a day later with additional information concerning my policy which ended up saving me over $250. Thanks Cooke Insurance for answering the call and saving my family $$.
