What a beautiful experience to be at this passport office. Their office is on the 2nd floor. I took the elevator up. Right from the guard at the entrance to the ladies that attended to everyone, they were so amazing to deal with. Quick and friendly too. They look like they enjoy their jobs and just want to be helpful to us all. I hope they have a wonderful weekend! Just a beautiful delightful team in that office!

The gentleman was friendly but limited in being useful , was not able to provide relevant information needed as they are tied to scripted dialog. They were unable to help answer a simple question around the local passport office and wouldn’t give a contact number for the office to ask and wouldn’t call themselves to ask. Two stars because he was trying to be useful but he was a bit condescending in tone soooo not helpful. Frustrated but not surprised , typical of dealing anything government.

The best Passport Service all over Canada. I tell you. They are a great team, from the security guard to the passport officers. They are all ✨. They will come to you and check if you have been taken care of. I recommend the government to increase their pay if possible—the best Service ever for a Government office in Canada. Amidst the busy applications they have. Thanks a lot for your help when I missed my passport delivery at my address. I am glad because of them; I will have my passport picked up sooner at this location. Good job. I can not thank you more, but you are doing a great job. I think she is the manager that came to me all the time to make sure I was attended to. She deserves a raise. She cares about people.

#1 Service of any Government Office I have ever dealt with. Understanding, listened and acted on my urgency for 2 new same day passports!! Reviewed all my information and were very thorough.
My holiday with my son was not cancelled and all the $$ I spent wasn't lost. A+

What an absolute delight it was to be at the Service Canada. I'd traveled 300 kms to apply for a passport, and without an appointment. Seeing my predicament the ladies serving the counter were most courteous and offered the same day service for the usual additional charge. And the passport was in my hand in 2 and a half hours. Highly recommended. The staff here is like I said " delightful ".
