Run....The worst experience I ever had in Canada..
As a non-resident taxpayer, I trusted them for my tax return for the year 2018. I prepaid 800cad in advance and they did not pay attention in my case never..
After 2 years I begged them to help me to get my tax-return and they always lied that they pretending hard work. I was trying to send official service feedback to CRA and they delayed my case for months..
Finally, I did everything by myself, I sent service feedback and I involved the ombudsman. When I had a resolution on my case, then they sent my service feedback asking me extra money 400cad for their time on the phones..
All these two years they never reply to my emails earlier than two weeks after and many times they did not appear in programmed phone calls.

Stood outside and waited patiently as their sign stated. No one greeted me nothing. Opened the door after 15 minutes and both of the ladies are just sitting there talking, I asked if it was okay to come in? No comment made. I told them I was waiting outside.... They didn't seem to care, never greeted me, very rude people. I told them they should change their sign as people assume to follow the signs which says to wait outside to be let in... The one lady immediately printed off a sign stating to knock on the door to be allowed enterance. Never said goodbye or thanked me nothing. Horrible experience. Will not go back.
