I’ve recently been helping a dear friend deal with some family matters, and the estate is being handled by Cohen Highley Law firm. This has been a nightmare working with them, their level of un professionalism, lack of empathy, care, or understanding towards anything is actually mind blowing. I am positive we will need therapy after this experience. If you want to have mental health issues then definitely hire these horrible people. If you are smart, unlike us, then stay away and bring your business somewhere else. I hope you are proud of what you’ve done, Victoria. You are the definition of a waste of skin. The world has enough problems, they don’t need unethical lawyers like you in it. Get a different career, you suck at yours.

After deleting my reviews, immediately afterwards that described some of the ongoing abuse from my landlord for privacy they've now employed the use of Cohen Highley.

I'm a little embarrassed at their behaviour.
I don't have to be nice to neighbours (*or the staff, which this confused me because I literally don't have, and haven't had communication with them, my unit is a private residence, which you should know... because you are lawyers), nor would I understand why you would think I would with the discourse.

After describing just a little of why I'm dissatisfied with my landlord and other tenants and how it's being mismanaged; as I no longer am in contact with my landlord, including work requests etc.
I was further harassed with a "so you are saying you want to give less than 60 days notice".

With the way the lawyers and paralegals behaved you would think it's some teenager working reluctantly at a fast food joint.

Actually, most of them need references and take their jobs more seriously.
Disrespectful to their profession, they don't take their careers seriously.

I have told them to not contact me again because of their inappropriate behaviour.

Being a renter, especially one grandfathered in with pre-inflation rent in 2023 is a nightmare.
Disabilities are opportunities, be careful of this corporation and it's benefactors.
