I recently completed my first aid, my instructor Alicia was absolutely amazing. She kept the group engaged with both excellent teaching skills backed with relevant personal experience that really elaborated on why the skills we learn in First Aid are so important. I found her incredibly nice and enthusiastic with her teaching. I absolutely would recommend Alicia to teach any first aid and I would love to have her as my instructor again, her willingness to accommodate personal needs is spot on.

Alicia Lee is a fantastic consultant! It's alot of information thrown at you, but Alicia made it so fun while still being thorough and informative. She was able to answer all of our questions. Alicia was a very informative and fun teacher. I have had numerous first aid trainings yet this is the first one that focused on so many practical scenarios. I actually feel equipped (and maybe a little too excitable) to put this training into practice! She has my highest recommendation! The Red Cross App is also a great user friendly tool to have at the ready!
