Very satisfied with the service I received today. Thank you Jenn for taking the time to listen to my car issues on Friday afternoon, as well as quoting prices of parts needed along with the ordering. Also, to Brad for his efficiency of getting my car back up to running order. Your honesty of explaining what needed to be done on my car when I was in a bind gave me great peace of mind. Absolutely amazed by how fast they were able to repair my transmission axel. I broke down at 11:30 am and they had parts in and repaired by 4:00 pm. The price was cheap and customers service exceptional. I will definitely recommend to anyone in need. Thank you again!

My car died on Main Street in Smith Falls yesterday. I was recommended by Kitley Collision who towed our car and were there in less than 30min (amazing in itself) and fantastic rate for the tow.
I go into SF Transmission and a great young lady Mechanic met me and welcomed us. She took the car the Jenn took over and set everything up. They gave us a great fair price and didn't disappoint. car was ready today by 11am. Thanks both companies for your fantastic service. Highly recommend both. Thanks to the couple in Smith Falls that without hesitation pulled his Pick up and boosted just to make sure it was the Alternator.

Fantastic service! My car died on the road just before Smith Falls and I had it towed to this shop after reading Google reviews. They did not disappoint!!! I thought it was the alternator issue and they had ordered it in advance to have it ready when the car gets there. After running diagnostics on it, Barry, the owner, called me to let me know it was not the alternator but the engine sized. But after that bad news, he had a great news. He called the dealership in Smith Falls and found out that the issue should be covered under warranty and that I should call my dealership in Ottawa to confirm.
Thank you for going above and beyond as because of the warranty I didn't know about, and most shops would not be inquiring for, I am getting a brand new engine into my 7 years old vehicle instead of spending 5-6K!!

Barry, Brent and another fellow (sadly I didnt catch his name) were very thorough to find the crazy stuff I had explained to Barry over the phone that was occurring.
I was so distraught with this vehicle I had bought 3 years previous that I mentioned if it was going to be a big chunk of change I was going to scrap it!
BOOM! 3 hours later the Lads had resolved the nightmare and the only bad news (joking) was they also resolved a knock in the engine I had put up with for way too long!
Price was amazing, fellas are amazing and service was Immediate and professional! I am truly impressed! Thanks Gentleman, D. Blay
