The actual nurses and specialists are great reception however. They first state they don’t put up with abuse then don’t answer phones from 11-1 you know when the rest of the world would be on lunch trying to call and set up apts. Passive aggressive abuse is still abuse and to many times they have called me in for an earlier apt then canceled last minute so now your waiting even longer.

I am so thankful I found such an amazing clinic. If my NP is unavailable to see me, I can get booked with another NP and they’re all wonderful.
Even the receptionists too. I’ve been with them since August 2023 and zero complaints!

At first I was concerned about having an NO instead of a family doctor. Any of those concerns are long gone. This is an amazing clinic with friendly staff. Always on time. My only complaint is that the phone greeting is much longer than needed.

Rude, dishonest, and I don’t understand how health care professionals can be ableist, but the NP I had here absolutely is… I was brushed off and gaslit, because she’s so entitled and narrow minded, and now my health and disabilities are immeasurably worse… on top of everything else, I was told to take myself off the Health Care Connect waiting list in order to see the NP, and then they never rostered me or even told me - so I could have had a doctor by now, and my life would be completely different

I always found this clinic to be very responsive to my medical needs and the nurse practioners caring and thorough. I had no complaints. However, since the pandemic began this clinic and its staff both medical and administrative are largely unavailable; to answer the phones to make an appointment or for an appointment to be booked in a timely manner. Having this clinic as my family practioner has been irritating and discouraging during the pandemic. I was very ill in the summer, in the hospital several times and admitted and when I finally got a hold of them after phoning for several days, they had no appointments available for a follow up for several weeks. They had a cancelation and I was able to get in sooner but when it seems more practical to go to the ER for a general medical issue or question because their soonest appointment is 3 or 4 weeks away, what kind if family or general practioner clinic is this? A better system for booking appointments online or through voice-mail should be set up...it's 2022 and the best system this clinic has to book an appointment is to continue calling reception until you reach someone (which has taken days)? What about people who work full-time and can't spend the day trying reception until the reach them? Or people on fixed income that don't have access to unlimited cell minutes or a phone at all? Do better!
EDITED TO ADD: They have updated the phone system with an automatic queue, for some time now, which I was not aware of. When I called for an appointment and they had availability for an appointment in a timely manner. The nurse practioner also asked about my review, and said the clinic is always open to ongoing feedback about the service. It seems most of the concerns in the review have been addressed and I have changed the rating to reflect that.

I was happy being taken on as a patient as getting a doctor these days is almost impossible.I have found the office very professional and pleasant and my nurse practitioner Jackie has been wonderful!

They will literally sit and watch you die... I've been dealing with really bad medical issues that have almost killed me quite a bit and this little office that I've been with for years has lost my records and has left me in the dirt to die
