I needed a receiver for one of my hearing aids and after having been told at another local hearing aid center "sorry, we don't have any", I decided to try Great Waterway Hearing. I explained that my audiologist was in Kingston and that was where I had purchased my hearing aids. Janica said that was no problem at all that that she would order the part I need even though they didn't carry my brand. She was extremely personable and happy to help in any way. Just the kind of friendly service that we all appreciate. The part was in within a week and she happily repaired my aid. Super service to find. I would highly recommend Great Waterway Hearing!

Debbie is professional, knowledgeable, and makes a hearing test almost enjoyable with her easy going calm demeanor. Such a change from Ottawa high pressure service. I will gladly make the 30 minute drive to quaint Smithfalls for this type of service. Thanks Debbie and staff.

Great experience here. Came in for an audiogram for school in the Brockville location. Tom is very approachable, gentle (ear stuff makes me uncomfortable) and helpful. I asked a tonne of questions and he happily helped me understand what the tests are for, why my studies require proper hearing and certain functions in the ear for scuba diving.

I could not have had a smoother and more enjoyable experience! Highly recommended.
