Terrible terrible customer service. They took forever to get the process started, when I initiated contact I told them we had a court date in 2 months and they promised they would see us before then. I continued to try to reach out and sometimes someone would answer the phone but when they did they didn’t know what was going on. Court date came and went, we settled without them and didn’t hear from them till 4 months later they’re only now trying to book our dates. No apology, no updates just asking for credit card information. Please save yourself the headache

This place is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My son's mother and I started a file with Peel Family Mediation services at the beginning of this year. They tried to charge for two hours of mediation when wee only did one hour of mediation. both my son's mother and I had to contact them a few times to get a refund... The mediation process it self was with the mediator Fareeha which was quite smooth and at the end of session matter that we couldn't agree on. Since our mediation meeting my son's mother and I have come to an agreement and have been trying to get one last session organized. This has been such a dreadful process. I've contact them via email and phone over 10 times now to speak to a the supervisor Meena and still haven't a call back from her. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.... This is something that is very important to my son's mother and I... to have something in writing that we can get documented by the courts to protect both of our rights as parents and Peel Family Mediation Services has been dragging there feet.....

If I could give a negative 100 stars, I would. This was the most appalling and awful experience of a mediation session, a waste of my time and money.. a quick money grab for this organization. I do not know what type of training or interview process the mediator, I unfortunately had, but she was extremely incompetent, uneducated, unqualified to be mediating the type of legal issues I needed. She could barely read through the files, didn’t know how to read certain words, she was hostile towards me as soon as she found out my lawyer would be present throughout the session, and directly sabotaged my mediation session, as she did not want to be a part of it because my lawyer was there. She made it all about herself and totally disregarded my child and I and also the funds I would be spending for this session. I also missed work due to this meeting, where nothing was accomplished. She fought with my lawyer and I the entire 5 minutes we started and ended. They charged me a full 2 hours which makes me sick. I, for the life of me, cannot comprehend why this organization would want someone like this representing their company. It was completely unprofessional. Please do not consider doing mediation through PFMS if this is the type of ‘mediators’ they have on hand. I have filed a complaint against her and I am hopeful to receive some justification but we will see. Hopefully they get her the training she so desperately needs.

Very disappointed with this place. First no one answers the phones and when they do, they will not answer or address your concerns. Had one mediation session of 2 hours and billed for 4.75 hours. Hourly rate was wrong and both the mediator and office would not correct the discrepancy. I kept being told to fill out paperwork that I filled out 3 tines. Complete waste of time and money.

People are useless. None of the information they provide is useful to anyone and that if you can understand what the person is speaking is saying. Waste of time money and my tax dollars.
