I have known Cheryl Hiebert for ten years and know that this genuine, heart-centred, holistic Wellness professional is a gifted yoga teacher, Reiki teacher/practitioner, EFT, and Integrated Energy treatment specialist. The Reiki treatments I have received from her greatly reduced my anxiety, giving me a feeling of calmness and peace. She helped me to realign my energy centers with chakra balancing, creating a feeling of tingling all over, and I had a big cry which helped to relieve stress. I slept well that night, felt very light, and had much less pain in my body. Cheryl also performed Reiki on my pet rat, and my dog, helping them through a time when they were ill.

I have purchased Cheryl’s journals and her books, The Dance of Love and Whispers of the Soul, and they are filled with nuggets of spiritual wisdom. Whispers of the Soul provides a daily reminder of what is truly important in life.

Recently I did Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy training with Cheryl Hiebert. The experience was one of the most transformational weekends of my life ✨ As an energy practitioner, I was so excited about the shifts I witnessed in others during the training, and especially within myself.
