Just moved to Pictou when my truck broke down. A neighbour told me about a great family run business in New Glasgow called S.C.A. Automotive. They were able to get my truck in fast to get it fixed. Service and price point was just incredible. I will be using these guys for any future repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very nice young couple working together to give great service. I had a ball joint and rear brakes replaced, I was expecting to replace pads , rotors and discs. They called during the repair and told me that the rotors were fine and didn't need replacing.
That just doesn't happen today.
Saved me quite a bit of money.

I was recently traveling through New Glasgow and had a major breakdown. Without knowing me at all, SCA went out of their way to bring me tools right away to enable me to work on fixing the car, and once it was discovered that the car could not be fixed on the spot they then went out of their way yet again to arrange a tow for me. They saved my weekend vacation, truly superb people and service.

Great mechanics and great customer service. I broke down, had to sleep at a hotel. I needed to get home and they sorted my truck out in less than 3 hours and had me back on the road.

I had an unexpected serious problem with my vehicle, a Toyota Tundra, while travelling from outside of the area which required immediate attention (or abandoning my vehicle). With a quick Google search, I found S.C.A. Automotive Services. Upon arrival for the first time, I was warmly greeted and asked how they could help.

While I had no expectation that they could drop whatever important business was on their plate at that moment, the gentleman that greeted me instantly took on the challenge, climbing under my vehicle to review the issue. He came up with a solution in a matter of seconds and offered to get it done right then and there.

It was a hectic, stressful moment when an unexpected issue arose away from my home base, and I cannot thank the gentleman at S.C.A. Automotive enough for taking a moment to help me and get me back on the road to home safely.

I brought my Toyota Tundra to Dave at SCA Automotive about two days after a major hurricane hit our area and they were AWESOME! Great communication, very clear on what everything would cost and the timeline, asked me for input at every stage. The guys even told me they would stay late to finish so I could have it back on the same day if I needed it.
