Must say of all the years of having undercoating done to my vehicles (25 years) The owner & staff of this establishment was beyond excellence. From the drop off to the pickup of my vehicle the young chap that serviced my vehicle was very professional in his knowledgeable of the product of Krown. I’ve dealt with Krown for 20 yrs on my vehicles. I’ve never had such a poor application done on a vehicle. When I took the vehicle (2007 Jeep JK ) back they didn’t have time to fit me in for touch up even though they give me a time to be there. I took it back because there was no krown applied inside the rear quarters ie: behind the taillights. I was then told they don’t take taillights out on Jeeps that they spray oil from the door post back to the lights. This CANNOT be done because of the styrofoam insulation in the Jeeps. Then I was told that “ I’m afraid to take Jeep taillights out because I’ve broken 2 before”. There are 2 screws on each taillight in order to remove them so oil can be applied. I was told “we’ll give you a can of spray and you can do it yourself’! Seriously!! I just paid $149 plus tax now you want me to finish the job myself
Like I said I’ve been a Krown customer for a lot of years and have dealt with numerous retailers. I’ll remain a customer because I believe in the product. BUT, not with this stealership!
