Well I called multiple times and as soon as i stated my name the lawyer hung up on me after she “ called me out “ for trying to call for advice. Previously, I had spoken with a rude man and I think this is where the note came from telling everyone to be nasty to me, he was literally yelling at me and I had to ask him to stop yelling at me and he apologized. They have told me they can’t answer any of my legal questions so I’m not sure where I’m supposed to get advice. I did speak to a manager and she was good about calling me back. To confirm they can’t help me in any kind of a way or even try.

After dealing with a situation that has ruined my life, calling here was a waste of time, lawyer on other end was not helpful, talked over me and I just needed to get off the line...it was very difficult to communicate with someone who just asked questions and didn't ask about the entire situation. Wasted me time.

They were absolutely terrible to deal with. I had to call twice, got the same person. They were rude, dismissive, argumentative, tried to talk over me and overall were not helpful as I still have no idea what my rights are and how to proceed with my situation. Will never call again nor do I recommend. Also if I could give zero stars I would.

Probono has helped me in ways where I have felt stuck. Patience is the key to asking for any help. If they could not assist me they advised where to go for that help. First come first serve basis is how it works and I have sat and waited my turn. It was the best thing I could have done.

Complete waste of time. They don't answer the phones. No matter when you call. I have tried for a week... same message over and over. WASTE OF TIME.

I called we talked so he was transference the to estate lawyers . Call was dropped after waiting all that time to call back when we’re not busy you’re always busy
