I recently was in the market to purchase dehumidifiers. I was looking for a specific model that was not available anywhere close by. An employee named Anibal went above & beyond & drove to the out of town store to bring the items to his store for me. When I came to the store to pick up, I made sure I shared how happy I was with my experience to the store manager Leila. She too was a delight to speak with. It’s nice to see these individuals really do put the customer first. I would highly recommend shopping here.

Good Morning,
I want to give one of Rona’s employees from (Ancaster, Ontario), a 5 star review.
I went in to purchase something that would keep the rain away from one of my outdoor vents and BRIAN was extremely helpful in coming up with a solution for the ISSUE I was experiencing.
He brought me over to the department that carries all the vent covers and he suggested the product that was suitable for what I needed.
At last, my problem has been Solved, due to Brian’s Product knowledge.
He exemplified an attitude of Knowledge and friendliness towards -me the customer.
Thank you Rona for hiring employees like Brian who have the Skill and helpful demeanor to assist your customers.
I would Recommend Brian to everyone who shops at Rona!

Simple things: customers should have access to baskets! When a customer asks for help, an associate should help them, not point "over there!" and then fudge off like their time standing in one spot is more important. I am absolutely disappointed every time I come here. Home Depot has more accessible staff that are more friendly and helpful for sure!

Had great service today in the bathroom department. I forget the gentleman's name but he was very friendly and patient. He even went to the back to check if the product was available. I've also had great service before in the painting department.

Corporate doing what corporate does. Literally every former Lowe's location has gotten worse, mass firings, and degrading supporting for machines that cut your blinds, to workers who can help you, being cut back is the only way they can show they made a profit. don't bother with a company who will disappear in 5 years.
