Worst broker known to man. Complete incompetence. Stopped at Buffalo border Friday noon till Monday morning until load was cleared. They don't deserve a star, they should be giving me stars. I'll never pull a load across the border using them again.

If google had negative star. i would probably rate them negative. I deal with a lot of customs brokers everyday. This company is a nightmare to deal with . Called them 5 times to get a paperwork processed. Every time i was told to wait for 45 minutes and if there is some issue they would call me back. Sent them paperwork 4 time and yet my driver had to wait at the border for a whole day because to these idiots. Bunch of incompetent people work here. Who takes 2 days to process a simple paperwork?

Horrible Service. Over 6 hours to process paperwork. They kept telling me that they didn't receive paperwork. Every time I email them the paperwork I would get a confirmation email that they received it!!! I would have given them a ZERO rating.
