Rented a 40x60 tent for my wedding when we had to move it outdoors, with little notice I managed to get a tent and they were very easy to work with to schedule set up and tear down. We also got drapery for the doorway and our arbour! No issues at any point! 🙂

We rented a 40x60 tent and many other miscellaneous items (serving ware, barware, lights, cables, etc.) from Ancaster Rentals. Overall we were quite happy and would likely rent from them if the need arises.

Pros
- They were pretty relaxed about us adding items later on once we had paid the deposit on the tent and didn't ask us to pay additional deposits, which kept things simple.
- They have a great collection of items so we were able to get a lot of things from them.
- Their price is phenomenal in comparison to a lot of the other vendors we looked at.
- The items that we got were of great quality as well. They didn't try to upsell us like some of the other vendors and instead did put in a bit of work to help us understand our options better.

Cons
- Their website isn't always up to date and not all of the information you need is there. We often had instances where we would call in to add an item after seeing it on the website, only for it the staff to share critical information over the phone that would make that item a bad fit.
- Different people tend to provide different information. We ended up finding extension cords on their site and decided to rent them, and the first person we spoke with added them to our order. Except when we called later to add a few extra, another person told us that the cords aren't a bookable item and shouldn't have been added in the first place. They still honoured the original cord that we had booked, but we just ended up having to go elsewhere to find extras.

Great company to work with. From the office staff to the delivery driver, everyone is friendly and personable. I have been using this company for a number of years, and have never had anything but the best of experiences with them. Even through this pandemic, their services have still been fantastic, and they definitely go the extra mile to ensure my and my family's safety, disinfecting the castle right in front of you so you know it is clean and safe for your little ones. Amazing Company, Rented a tent, the service was impeccable. The office staff where super friendly and they even had people come out and set it up. Wow what an amazing rental place. We rented a couple.tents and tables and chairs for a family reunion and the price was unbeatable and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would recommend renting them for either a wedding or family reunion

Was highly recommended to try this place. The moment we walked in it just didn’t seem right. Tried asking the woman behind the desk a few questions. She was very unprofessional, bothered to be there and very rude !!!! This is just the beginning. When finish dealing with her we wanted to pay but she told us her system was down. She said she would email all details. When we got the invoice there were extra charges that we were not notified or explained to before we left the facility. We called her back and of course very rude again. We wanted an explanation!! We asked to speak with the owner and She then hung up on us. We then called the second time for another Explanation and hung up the phone again.

great company to work with. i have ordered from them numerous times, and every time, they have more than delivered on my expectations. their products are always clean, delivered on time, and at a reasonable price. wouldnt dream of going with anyone else
