my little sister is being harassed here daily by staff who wait outside the washrooms while people are using them, proceeding to knock and yell into the washrooms for the kids to get out.
this is not normal, and as a university student I cannot even fathom how this is behaviour by staff is not being stopped, these are vulnerable CHILDREN that are being harassed when trying to use the bathroom, which is intended to be a PRIVATE space, not somewhere for teachers to take advantage of the fact that youth are not always aware of their own human rights. this is borderline predatory behaviour and if i keep hearing about this from my sister, i will be escalating this issue and reporting the staff’s behaviour.

when experiencing issues with another student nothing was ever done about said student only lecturing me on my mental health that the student caused to decline. there were dress codes but they only applied to heavier set people, I saw on numerous occasions larger girls being dress coded when skinnier girls had bralettes and see through tops and short shorts. They were accommodating for alternative classes and I will give them that but the environment that they make for the students isn't that great and is kind of toxic.

Mostly great staff. But they don't make up for the few terrible ones that ruin it for everyone.

Here's just few of the issues:

- Current Principal sits in their office all day ignoring students and often disrespecting them.

- Made a stricter late policy and then got confused as to why their Totalitarian policy didn't solve their late issue.

- Teachers are often also disrespected by students and higher ups and have few options to deal with these issues.

- Backpacks are now banned from class because of a juvenile joke by a young student.

- And I would comment about the Student council (but they seem to have a meltdown any time someone offers criticism.)

One upside to the school though is that if you can ignore the Oligarchy and the BS then it has some pretty good teachers and Guidance department.

When my sister was crying all they did was ask a few questions and they didn't do anything about it well she was having a panic attack they also just let her cry while she was in gym and when her friends realized it they where the ones helping no teachers.

It is ridiculous that the school is makeing over 500 kids site in a small cafeteria, where you can't even move with out hiting someone. This is all because the janitors don't want to clean, which is stupid. You expect all the students to site all to gether in a small space. My kid hates being surrounded by alot of people. It is ridiculous.

I miss highschool very much and am so thankful for the community coming together to give the youth of the town a place to go to enlighten there intellectually abilities. Thank you for all of your support while we were at a difficult age to become accustomed to and thank you for all of your dedication and hard work tryin to make geniuses out of us.

Would be helpful if the principal wasn't such a disagreeable person. Also if she didn't insult students intelligence or rip own posters.
