I'm a first time home buyer and Nicholas and Pria took my case on a short notice. They helped me with the process of interim occupancy. Pria was very helpful in clarifying and verifying that all the paperwork was in order with the vendor's lawyer.

However, when we hit a bump in the process I felt like I was lost and not getting advice on what to do, what to expect and what the next steps will be. This is something I'd expect from the lawyer that's representing me. I ended up suggesting potential solutions so we could come to an agreement with the vendor's lawyer in order to close the interim occupancy.

Overall, some of my expectations were not met given that it was my first time through this process and at times I felt vulnerable and alone.
