I have a case and I try to make appointment with a legal clinic and someone his name is Danny call me this morning. He treated me so bad. He makes laugh about my English. He make laugh about my case. He’s not professional at all The whole call was him trying to make fun of me .

Unfortunately, not sure what the lady whose answered the phone problem was but she was extremely extremely extremely rude ( had a Guyanese accent

I called just to inquires about their services. She rudely cut me off before I could even finish told me that it’s covid so their office is not accepting any people to visit And then hung up.

Trust me I understand most times it can be a pain answering phones - I’ve worked in customer service positions before where all day your taking calls. So with that in mind, I called with some phone common sense, didn’t goof around on the phone or take forever to say hello, greeted her with a hello ,no screaming baby in the background, had paper and pen ready. And still so rude.

Will not be calling again or using their services.

I just wonder who is paying the employees of this office. I called so many times at different time of the day and finally someone answers ....this office has odd hours of operation and the info I get tells me how useless and inefficient this place is.. I will track down who are these people actually, who is paying for this type of offices and if they are paid by the Government of Canada, meaning actually paid from my taxes I will have a word to say...

Me and my friend went to the Rexdale Legal Clinic to get our documents notarised. The staff was very friendly, especially Kathy. She completed the process for us in no time. Thank you so much Kathy

They helped me and were very informative and friendly, It is a walk in so you have to physically be present if you want any form of valuable service from them nothing they can do over the phone. If you put in the effort they will do the same.
