Yes, VPI was successful in finding me a contract position where I learned a lot about what the duties of what is means to be a Administrative Assistant.

At the time school wasn’t in the plans for me, but VPI Working Solutions reminded me that training and certification is something worth things about.

My favourite workshop was all of the workshops because I noticed how well they all integrated together.

What was the most important thing you learned?
The most important thing I learned was communication. Communication in regards to how you frame your resumes to even how you communicate when in a interview.

Informative online training classes followed by a successful job placement. Support was given through check ins & learning modules that gave me tips on resume writing, interview skills, employee rights and responsibilities and work conduct. I'd highly recommend this program to any youth seeking guidance before entering the workforce or changing careers.

In fact I have Alana and Fabio bussiness card as resources in the Employment and Social Services office at Lawrence Square where I am doing a volunteer position as computer tutor and translator. VPI Working Solutions is a valuable asset to the community if used appropriately this service can be very helpful in training or securing a job or retraining for a career the staff at this location are extremely kind knowledgable and talented and the skills and workshops they offer are excellent.

DONT SIGN UP WITH VPI ETOBICOKE. They don't offer many things but basic resume and interview training, which many more organizations offer PLUS MORE. Also, if you ask them to close your file they will beat around the bush and send you through multiple processes and still refuse to close your file, so that you're forced to stay with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
