Not very good service at all! Student lawyers don't contact you back. When you call it just rings to voicemail, they don't anwser their phones. I need legal advice on how to move forward with important matters.. if anyone has issues with contacting them I would suggest to go to their office where they operate everyday. Very incompetent.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and communication at the Legal Aid Community Center. The service was very bad, and the staff seemed uninterested in actually helping. Communication was lacking and unresponsive, making it difficult to get any real assistance. Additionally, the entire process was painfully slow, leaving me frustrated and without the support I needed. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

If you want a cold hearted person who doesnt care about resolving your issue with creativity and expertise, by thinking outside the box, then he is your person. He was extremely rude and incosiderate, and seemed to be somewhat proud of his "lack of empathy." I was in tears after I spoke with him. I went to him after reading all the good reviews on here. Every case is different, but he didnt make an effort to try to understand my case fully. I am disabled with special needs. But he didnt give me a chance to explain my situation to him.
Every problem has a solution, and its the people like him who have the inside expertise/knowledge to come up with those solutions, but he said there was no solution for my problem. May be he's right but at the very least he could treat troubled people like me who come to him for help with some dignity and humanity. Yes I know for you its all about the money only, about winning and not losing, but not for us who are dealing with real problems of life, daily, with no real support or resources. He just made me realize how cruel and heartless can people in the legal "business" be. May god give me strength.
