After having a fire in the building (it's a 4plex) upstairs back apartment got the worst. People from paul davis were working in said apartment and didn't check to make sure the water was off. My bathroom and dining room wall were soaked. Wall has to come down. Almostb2 weeks ago that wall was taken down, but what bothers me the the most is they didn't say when they were going to repair it. No one can give me a straight answer.

We lost our home due to a fire. John from Paul Davis was out at the site the very next day securing our home from theft as well as making sure the site was safe. His crew worked fast and efficiently.

John was kind and so easy to work with. During what was a horrific time in our lives he went the extra mile to get some sentimental items out of the wreckage and brought it to be right away.

During the demolition they took care and tried to restore as much property as possible. Approximately 40 boxes of items were cleaned and returned to us.

Thank you so much for your hard work dedication and empathy. John was a true professional and kind soul.

When we had water in our basement, Paul Davis Windsor & Essex County came out promptly to evaluate and estimate, followed by efficiently saving our furniture & belongings and drying everything out!

They redid our sunroom in 2019. Did such a poor job. They didnt put tyvec behind the siding so the wood started to rot this year. The inside walls had ice on them in the winter. The siding wasnt hung properly so it kept coming off. The windows werent framed around properly. After calling and talking to the sales person and providing pictures of the issues he said he would look into and then ignored my calls. They had lots of time to fix their mistake. We ended up paying someone else to fix it. Never use this company!
Editing to add -They left smoked damaged wood behind. The black in the pictures above the windows is wood that should have been replaced.
They dont want to own up to their mistake and stand behind their work.

After a fire, our fence has been almost completely repaired with no physical actions on our part. (The suppled top rail was the wrong size and the proper size will be installed tomorrow.)

Paul Davis actions have been completed promptly.

Right from the start they notified me by email with a customer care pkg explaining who would be coming out of 3 different specialists.
Then I received a call saying which day and time and I was able to track his arrival on an app
They were professional and respectful.
All went well and I am now awaiting the call to start more repairs as soon as the Insurance company approves the rest of the work.
I have already recommended Paul Davies to members of my family.
