Repaired bath tub faucet( Jason had to manufacture a tool to complete), advices and installed two new thermostats that we are real happy with and added a new outside faucet. Very happy with the service. Our go to plumber call in the Sundre area

We were experiencing a furnace failure just as the weather was getting cold at the end of October. Although busy at the time, Royal services was able to fit us in on the day we called to diagnose the problem. The replacement part was ordered that day and installed the very next day. Their staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. We are very appreciative on how quickly our furnace was repaired.

Called to set up appointment with me to do some minor work on my furnace. Set it up for between 0800 and 0830. Kevin called right at 0800 and said he was on the way. Did what needed to be done and was on his way. Very friendly and competent service, as usual

Called to gather some cost information on Hot Water Tank and Boiler and got some great info on not only the cost, but warranty info and why they choose certain brands to carry. Very helpful and will be looking to them in the future for replacement of the current tank and possibly boiler!

Unfortunately tried to support local, and the experience was not great. Tried to book them to come do some work multiple times, had them no show, rebook, etc. Then finally had them tell me after yet another no show that because my husband never called them to confirm, they couldn’t come out despite me confirming. Very disappointing experience to have in this day and age.

I phoned both the emergency number and the main number and left messages on both and no one even bothered to get back to me. This place must have changed ownership as my first experience with them was great and now I can't even get a return call. Sad to see the downward slide from my last experience to now.

Excellent service everytime we have called, Jason and crew are awesome! They have worked on our property since before we have owned it and know it better than we do! Call them everytime we need a plumber!
