Highly recommend going to see Jovy Nguyen. I've used him in the past when it comes to taxes and knowledge when dealing with finances and he's always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. He will guide you and direct you with his best suggestions and yet will still allow you to ultimately make the decision that you feel is best for your financial needs. At no point did I feel pressured into making or accepting something that I wasn't ready for. He also made sure that I fully understood what he was suggesting or recommending before we moved forward in the conversations.

They charged our Non Profit business for services that we did not receive leading to penalties and interest with CRA. Neglected to file GST returns for over a year, didn't source deductions, and did not reconcile our books for months at a time. They made such a mess of the books that once we terminated their contract, it took months to sort out and cost us even more money trying to fix it. We now have outstanding penalties and interest with CRA due to their unprofessionalism. We tried to address with them and were told "After consulting with legal counsel we have decided to take no action on this issue". We will continue fighting them on this and we do not recommend them for any accounting services.
