We can’t say enough good things about the team from ServiceMaster in Lethbridge. They were called in after sewage back up in our basement, and every single person we worked with throughout the not-so-fun process was professional, kind and great at communicating what was happening now and what would happen next. They made a difficult situation as good as it could be. We want to give a special shout out to Brian and Scott for great leadership throughout, too. I recommend ServiceMaster of Lethbridge. I was having carpet installed in my basement, and the installers quickly halted and told me I had water in my walls. ServiceMaster was there the same day, and over the whole ordeal, organized trades to assist me to return my home to order. This was a tremendously stressful time for me... ServiceMaster coordinated things to remove my burden of finding trades on my own to restore my home. I happily paid my final invoice today and am moving furniture out of the garage and back into my house.

Our basement flooded six weeks after moving in! Shag carpet through out the basement. Service Master was wonderful in dealing with the whole process. From first contact, with Bliss, who kept me calm and informed, Dale who organized all of the work to be done and kept in touch with our insurance company and us. Through to all of the trades people for demolition and repair work - everyone was professional, experienced and so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Service Master. Brian and his crew from Service Master did the restoration work on my mother’s home after a flood. When dealing with this stressful situation, Brian always kept both my mother and myself updated and responded to our questions in a timely manner. Brian was always reachable by phone, text or email. The work that has been completed by the Service Master team is outstanding and we are very happy with everything that has been done, but most of all it is nice to see my Mom be able to enjoy her home once again.
