Chad and Charlotte are a wonder to work with!!
I wound up losing both of my key fobs for my vehicle. I tried the dealership for new ones and was quoted $800 PER KEY.
Charlotte helped me find the right keys to replace them, and ordered them no problem.

Chad CAME OUT to where the car was stuck and programmed the new ones there and then. I'm thoroughly impressed with how professional and easy this was.

All in I got 2 new smart keys in for less than half of what the dealership would've cost, and I can't speak highly enough of this interaction.

Back story : After waiting in line at Home Hardware for approximately 31minutes just for them to tell me that the person that cuts the keys is not available ; after I was told by another employee that this was the correct place to get a key cut. DO NOT GO TO HOME HARDWARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANY KEYCUTTING, service is terrible. Must have talked to about 5 different employees just standing around chatting with their hands in their pockets all eager to advise me they cannot help me.

Excellent service every time I am there. Fast and efficient as well as friendly.
After trying and failing to get any service from a competitor I came here and they not only had a fob for my car but they programmed it in no time at all and charged me far less than their competitor was asking for.
Now this is the only locksmithing company I use!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to easily program my toyota sienna transponder key and laser cut the emergency key just from the key code. Price was very reasonable and the service was fairly fast. I highly recommend this business.
