My house sale and purchase ran into one heck of a dilemma. The mortgage instructions weren’t even ready the day of the transaction and all kinds of issues arose due to the buyers. The keys were delayed only hours and not days due to the hard work of the Dixon legal team. We could have been stuck waiting with all our belongings packed over the weekend but they were able to get things pushed through miraculously. Was very impressed with the persistence and energy put into making the deal go through. I would recommend Dixon for sure. Connor and Terri really went above and beyond for us.
