Disorganized and not especially competent. Failed to protect sensitive information from another client, failed to complete paperwork in a timely manner despite representing both parties. Clerk KT is absolutely clueless, yet has worked as a conveyancer since 2011? Thinks a screenshot off a computer email is proof of satisfying a mortgage. You had 10 months to figure it out sweetie. 🤦‍♀️ Thanks for finally sending me my title after I had to ask multiple times.

I approached Joshua Jackson of Barr LLP to complete my first official will, personal directive and enduring power of attorney. I had never had these done before. Joshua certainly knows what has to be done in order to do all three of these properly. There were several areas I hadn’t thought about and am now getting them in place. With Joshua’s well rounded knowledge of law, given his experience, he can assist anyone with their will and other areas of law as well. No respect for appointment times and extremely poor communication. Not recommended AT ALL. We had an appointment with David Ranieri. He forgot all about it and was out of the office for "another appointment". Janaia Fedor took over and apologized for the lack of organization. The meeting was to plan our wills and estate.

Reassurances in place Janaia dropped the ball as well. David came up with a nice email almost a week after our appointment explaining the situation. Looks more like the situation was he left early for the long weekend.

Janaia's response/advice for the lack of response was to not get a lawyer who does litigation. David is unable to handle his calendar and Janaia is unable to handle litigation and a quick reply by email.

The only one who knew what was going on the in the office was the receptionist and it was her last day. I can still hear Janaia walking into reception, bellowing cluelessly, " SO WHO WAS DAVID SUPPOSED TO BE MEETING?"

So many people dropping the ball to plan our wills & estate and we aren't even dead yet. So god only knows how everything would have fallen through the cracks without constant supervision.

HARD PASS was a complete waste of time.
