Michelle and her team started out incredibly helpful. A lot of promises were made. However everything changed very quickly when Amanda H went off on leave. My file was out to the back burner and though they had all the information to create an incredible case to protect the children and assist me in a fair outcome instead they did less than the bare minimum. If I didn’t push and push and push I got nothing. They claim to care about the client and the children but they only care about money. My file was put “on hold” and no charges were to incur yet somehow they incurred over $3,000 in NEW fees. I was advised that emails from the other party wouldn’t be charged to me however on every bill it showed that I was being charged for her emails and communication. Even when I didn’t email and they did no work on my file they charged me for the 40+ emails from the other party. Extremely disappointed in this firm. Biggest waste of $43k I could ever imagine.
Good luck to anyone looking for legal counsel, whatever you do don’t use this money grab law firm
