Zach & Steve were absolutely amazing to work with! This is our first time buying a home and getting a home inspection, and both Zach and Steve made sure to show us everything and explain anything extra that we needed. They gave us great advice for things around the house & communicated very easily with us about what they were inspecting. They were super friendly, very nice and had great service. The inspection report was sent to us before the end of the day & the report was very easy to read through and follow. We really appreciated all of photos through the report & even noticed they got a photo of us walking up to the house (I’m very sentimental, so getting this “first” photo of us with our first house meant so much to me.) I could not recommend these guys enough and highly recommend using their services for anyone looking to purchase a new home!

My wife and I asked Zach from Technologic Inspections to inspect our house before our house possession. Although it was a new house, Zach's team conducted a very thorough work on it. Indeed, their report saved us at least several thousands of dollars if not more, because they identified issues that we would have overlooked. Zach and his team are highly professional in their communication and work, while they were very pleasant to work with. What really made them stand out to us was the way in which after the report, they helped us better negotiate with the builder after by doing extra research on negotiated items and checking that the builder actually fixed the issues identified. I hired Zach and Steve to perform an inspection on my new build home and was very satisfied with the result. Throughout the inspection they were highly efficient, professional and easy to talk to. They walked me through all of the different issues they found, and gave me tips on maintaining my new home. They explained everything in simple language, making it especially easy for someone like me who has never owned a home before to understand what they were talking about. Many of the things they uncovered I would have never have discovered on my own.

After the inspection they provided a detailed report on each of the issues that they found, explaining what the problem is, why it's a problem, and how it should be fixed - complete with photos for reference. This report made it very easy to review the issues and forward them to my builder so they could make the necessary repairs.

All in all, I would highly recommended Zach and Steve to anyone who is looking for a home inspection.
