Our business is moving to the area so thought we'd try this firm as a trial for a private real estate purchase with the intent of using them for our business in the future. I reached out for a PSA review before sending it to the seller on Monday. I called Tuesday to followup and was advised it was printed and in the hands of the lawyer for feedback. And again Wednesday and was told they'd check with the lawyer after their conference call. On Friday I found out the contact I was talking to was away for the next 2 days and the reviewing lawyer may or may not have a chance to call me back that same day. The lack of setting expectations and apparent work overload has forced us to look elsewhere (the alternative lawyer had the questions resolved within a few hours).

This was a horrible experience for me. I went to her seeking help and turned out I had to do all the work myself. absolutely no advice whatsoever. I also feel she misled me into believing she could help me but for 6 months did nothing.
