Rani Wong is the worst expensive divorce lawyer as she "represented" my friend and cost him $50k for nothing. Rani did not interview his ex-wife, ask the ex for any undertaking and took her word on how much my friend makes annually, which was $400k over what he makes. Rani settled his spousal support without confirming his income by not looking at his CRA documents. I've found a new lawyer for him at Osuji & Smith, and his current lawyer cannot believe Rani's reckless mistakes in his divorce, costing him thousands to fight back to undo her mistakes. Osuji & Smith interviewed his ex and found the misleading statements that Rani ignored. Rani advised my friend to claim bankruptcy so he wouldn't pay that much spousal support. Unbelievable!
