It's so unprofessional when your file gets dropped, after you've already expressed that your best method of contact is not email.

They could have sent a letter, and gave me time to respond. Opposed to just dropping my file because they could not contact me via email.

My house alarm sends an email notification every single time that there is motion in front of the camera, doors or windows open, etc.

I literally get hundreds of emails a day. Hence why I asked NOT to be contacted via email.

Also, they have attempted to contact via email after dropping my file opposed to speaking with their team members to find out the outcome of previous conversations.

Another time, Chantal had scheduled a phone call for a certain time. She never phoned until about 20 or more minutes after, then was quick to rush me off the phone before the next hour began. So, she essentially got paid for the full hour despite not even giving my matter attention for the alloted time.
