My experience with David Chan was great after I was recently laid off in November of 2023. Although my severance was double what the law says, I still reached out to Castle for a second opinion and asked David Chan at the firm to review the package before signing. David advised me of potential additional rights and not to sign the offer. Using a series of case law and remedies, he wrote out a counter offer to my employer. Within two hours of sending the counter, the employer accepted the counter offer which gave me double on their initial settlement offer. I couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this firm for any legal needs. They took thousands of dollars and did a whole bunch of nothing. A simple straightforward divorce case took years and 3 different lawyers/ associates. Seems they have a hard time retaining lawyers in this firm. I had to terminate the relationship and had to deal with the submission of the divorce documents myself with the opposing counsel to get this done. I do not know how they sleep at night treating people in need of serious support (which we are paying for) in such a neglectful way. STAY AWAY
