Local, fairest price (I actually compared with 3 other well known shops), old school professionals where the quality of service, the reputation of the shop, and the client satisfaction actually still matters,
All of this served with a smile, which is becoming rare nowadays, despite being free
Long wait list but worth your while

I called last Wednesday at 4pm and asked for an appointment to fix my vehicle block heater. The person from the shop said, "I'll asked the guys when we can do this and I will call you back. It's been a week and no call from Shamrock. In my opinion, very poor service. I do not recommend this shop. I will not tell my friends and family about this shop. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Don’t normally complain about many thanks but this one is an exception! A totally frustrating experience to this Shamrock autoshop. Never go to this place, made me wait for my vehicle for almost 3 months to get the quote and be fix and still same problem occur after a week. The older lady front desk extremely rude. Funny that they had this radio commercial saying that if you have car issue bring it to them and they will fix it in no time.

I brought my car here with a low oil pressure light on, the car had a code reader mounted to the dash, so I know there are no codes in the ecm. So I specifically asked to have the oil pressure tested on the engine, which would confirm a bad sensor or an actual issue. They charged me $180 and gave my car back saying "they fixed a wire". Low oil pressure light came back on immediately. I called to ask if they checked the oil pressure and the service writer had no idea, they just fixed a wire. Told me to come back and they would try replacing the sensor. Did not offer any resolution to the fact that they did not do what I had asked for at all. I did not bring my car back a second time and would not reccomend anyone else bring their car here unless they want super basic maintenance work done.
