We have used this H&R location for the last 8 years and never had a problem with any tax return. Katherine, who has prepared our returns does an excellent job. Katherine is very organized and efficient and provides understandable explanations.

It is amazing to see negative reviews of this place, considering my friends and I have been using their services for years and have had nothing but positive experiences: fast, friendly service, professional office environment, reasonable prices and so on. I have never seen or heard of any of these supposedly "terrible" people that supposedly occupy the offices. Besides, the great value of their work is essentially how they take away any/all stress and uncertainty over how to fill out forms, what to claim and so on... without my making massive mistakes. Thus, for millions of people like myself who are terrible at both math and figuring out forms, H&R Block is a godsend; totally worth the price.

It is all about the due diligence we the consumer should be doing in the first place. I have always asked beforehand what they will do and how much it will cost. They have always told me, and I have always happily paid. They are a business and it is our job to do our homework, in case there may be better services somewhere else. At the end of the day H&R Block is great value, cased closed. I highly recommend them.

I have no complaints. They are friendly and helpful, and seem to know their job. You do have to pay of course, and if your tax return is simple, you're probably better off doing it yourself. One lady I worked with there was extremely sympathetic to my situation, and, for an accountant, an almost unbelievably nice person.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Taxes. Other H&R blocks have been fine.. not this one!

They told me my cheque would be ready and to, "Come back tomorrow at 1" for 3 days. Then finally informed me that I couldn't get my cheque because they had to send it away and do direct deposit instead.

After I got them my DD form, they told me that was all I needed. I came back from Maui after 2 weeks only to find out that my money STILL wasn't deposited because they STILL haven't even filed my return.

DO NOT GO HERE!! You'll have better luck with a monkey and a Typewriter.
