BBB has been great to work with, despite my initial misgivings about working with an accountant at all (traditionally I have done my taxes and business affairs myself) so it was a tough decision to outsource this and I have been pleased with how they have responded and assisted my family. Particularly, dealing with issues and questions and objections raised by CRA, this has been (relatively) headache free.
