I reached out to KD seeking clarity on a recent property sale and the related tax implications. I was promptly set up to meet with Kevin, with the option of meeting in person or virtually. Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable. After providing him with the details, he was able to walk me through the required steps and answered all my subsequent questions clearly and concisely. My husband and I met with Kevin to consult about personal and business taxes over zoom. We had a list of questions and he was able to answer them quickly and thoroughly. What I appreciated is that he encouraged me to continue filing our personal taxes myself, while offering to help us in the future if we need it with business taxes or have other questions. This is by far the best accounting firm in the city!!! I have been a client of theirs for the past 7 years and I have regular consultation sessions with Kevin regarding my business as needed. Kevin is a gifted intellectual who puts your business first before his and then charges a very fair fee for his advice and graciously lets you opt into additional services that your business may needs support in. Thanks to Kevin's support, counsel, and guidance I have managed to successfully grow and manage my 3 corporations prosperously. I met with Kevin again today and after all these years he is still invested in giving great advice with functional, sincere anecdotes to educate me on how tax planning can be done effectively and work through the nuances of each implication. I refer all of my friends and business associates to him for their needs as well and after meeting Kevin again today I promised to continue doing that for the rest of my working years and well into retirement. For accounting work in the city I will never go anywhere else. It's that simple. Do yourself a favour and if you are trying to figure out tax stuff for your business give them a call, setup an appointment and go down and see him. It is totally worth it!! Their office is very nice with ample parking in front of the building. If you are an entrepreneur with ambitions there is no better accounting firm to align yourself with in the city. Kevin provided me with the advice I desperately needed.
