After becoming young parents and having an argument the workers involved in this office essentially kidnapped my children under legal orders that aren't explained, then slandered both my wife and myself using racially based generic insinuations without any form of evidence for over a year. As a matter of fact they were so out of bounds I didn't even need a lawyer to defend my case. They use the words Apprehended to falsify kidnapping. And when they start losing their fight they push the work off onto other social workers in there office to use beurocracy to mitigate true justice. The people who work here are cold and do not care for the well being of children as mine who were in no danger from their parents were placed in foster care across the province. Over 400 km from our home with people we had never met. We lost a year and a half of the most important development in our kids life because of the worker we were given and aswell were refused a new worker or even the contact of the office supervisor when requesting a new worker. If you are involved with this facility, contact the alberta government and request litigation for your case from any other agency in alberta as im sure the Department of water and power would show more concern for the well being of kids instead of producing assumptive drama for the sake of garnishing their case. Aswell please remember that in the event of any issues with Children's services you have up to 7 years to take legal action against the parties involved. Do not fight your battle here because this office it the cancer of our governments over reach. And if you have been wronged by them contact you MP as I have. It's my understanding this office as a number of reports of unfair practices against families and it won't stop until its been made public. I'm not ashamed of my growth but I am ashamed to say these people are paid tax dollars to ruin the lives of families they could just as easily have helped.

Completely one sided. Don’t see the big picture. Focused on just closing case. Not looking out for children’s best interest. Trudy Graff is terrible to deal with.

Case workers don't care about the real issues they don't care about conflict of interest, following protocol or doing follow ups. not social workers they are not accountable for the reviews or actions taken.
