Inept, incoherent, rude, and dishonest. I don' know anyone who hasn't had an absolutely nightmare dealing with them, including myself. Save yourself the stress and money and bring your pet to Corner Brook (Humber).

Would NEVER take a pet here again. Took my cat here for an emergency and clearly my cat was not well, all bloodwork came back fine but you could feel my cats bones litetally, he was disoriented, and falling around..but the vet didnt see any issue, healthy she says..fast forward 3 days later..back for a second opinion at a different vet in CB and she hospitalized my cat for 2 nights now and saying he is a really sick cat..he may not have made it through the night if I never brought him somewhere else. SHAME ON YOU GUYS..I would never let you see an animal of mine again if its so much has a fly..you should be ashamed!!!!! I would not even give one star but this makes me do it..it saddens me that all this emergency appointment was a fast 500 bucks..disgusting and no compassion, thanks for nothing!! ?

A great vet clinic! Coming home from Ontario with my full bred Munchkin cat, I was worried about not having a vet in PAB. I called WestCoast Vet clinic and the helped me transfer my files without a hitch!
They take such loving care of my boy when he's there and ensure he's healthy.

This place is perfectly ok with letting an animal suffer rather than take 10 minutes to put it out of its misery because it isn't taking new patients. A sad excuse for a vet.

As for your response, it's a lie. You were told exactly that and still refused. Being dishonest is a sad way to respond just to make yourself look better.

This has got to be the worst vet place I have ever seen. I took my best friend there for his final day.A heart wrenching mistake from staff that have no compassion to them not ordering the urn to over charging after giving me a quote. I would never take your loved one here it would be a mistake.
